Adyashanti’s teachings are directed to those who are sincerely called to awaken to their true nature and embody this life-changing realization.  Expressing both the infinite possibilities and the ordinary simplicity of a spiritually realized life.

What can I say about Adya?  They say when the student is ready, the teacher appears, and that’s how I feel about him.  I fly across the world to attend his silent retreats, and every time it brings such a deepening in my understanding and experience of the term ‘enlightenment’.

Adyashanti’s teachings are not for everyone, basically he tells you to sit still and meditate, and see what happens.  You either get to the point where this is bearable and doable, or you don’t.  But what I have found is that people who are drawn to come and sit get something quite remarkable out of the experience.

I try and sit weekly on Fridays, but the schedule does change.  We listen to Adya’s talks for half and hour and then sit for half and hour, the group energy is always powerful and beautiful.  We have a chance to share experiences afterwards.

Look at the schedule.

Please note this is not a teaching class, it is an experience shared.  It is a good idea to have some idea of Adya’s teaching through his videos or books before coming to the session.

His free book The Way of Liberation is an excellent start point.
